  • 在日常生活中攜帶式手持裝置如手機、平板等使用的增加,在電源管理上對於使用狀態模式切換,除了快速的瞬態響應要求之外,其長期在待機、睡眠的狀態如何減少功率消耗且延長產品使用期限成為重要課題。本研究採用輸出電壓漣波控制模式中的固定導通時間控制電路為本文基礎架構,除了相比與傳統電壓控制模式以及電流控制模式所擁有較快的高頻響應,其輸出陶瓷電容中的低串聯等校電阻擁有體積小、較長的使用壽命。除此之外,加入移除直流偏移電路解決輸出電容器的電容變化降低直流輸出調節的準確性,以及三角波產生器進行展頻,利用調變頻率方式抑制電磁干擾,使得輸出訊號的能量分散到可控制的頻率範圍內,降低各諧波能量峰值,達到抑制目的,並討論三角波斜率與經固定導通時間後的脈波寬度調變的關係比較抑制結果。最後在系統中為了增強電路穩定性,添加RC電路以模擬與輸出電壓同相位之電感電流的合成波型至輸出漣波電壓。本設計以TSMC 0.35μm 製程製作,總體佈局面積為2.466×1.819 mm2 ,工作電壓範圍為2.7-3.3v,輸出電壓為1.8v,操作頻率為1M~1.2M,負載電流範圍為50-700mA,外接功率級電感與電容分別為3.3μH以及10μF

In addition, the DC offset cancellation circuit is added to solve the change in the capacitance of the output capacitor to reduce the accuracy of the DC output adjustment, and the triangle wave generator performs frequency spreading, and uses the frequency modulation method to suppress electromagnetic interference, so that the energy of the output signal is dispersed to Within the controllable frequency range, reduce the peak energy of each harmonic to achieve the purpose of suppression, and discuss the relationship between the triangle wave slope and the pulse width modulation after a fixed on-time comparison. Finally, in order to enhance the stability of the circuit in the system, an RC circuit is added to simulate the combined waveform of the inductor current in with the output voltage to the output ripple voltage. This design is made by TSMC 0.35μm process, the overall layout area is 2.466×1.819 mm2, the operating voltage range is 2.7-3.3v, the output voltage is 1.8v, the operating frequency is 1M~1.2M, the load current range is 50-700mA, external The power stage
