隨著全球各大企業對智慧財產權的日漸重視，無形的智慧資產已成為各大企業決勝負的重要關鍵，智慧財產權不僅能夠使該技術權利化，為公司帶來利潤，更能提高公司的形象，而專利制度是保護智慧財產權的一種方式，也隨著各企業開始重視專利權，專利的應用範圍也就更佳的廣泛，在專利分析法中，專利地圖〈Patent map〉已成為各企業最常使用的一種參考，本研究使用套裝軟體PatentGuider2.0經過關鍵字檢索技巧檢索出與本研究相關的專利資料，透過該軟體縝密的統計分析法，得到各種可以分析、解讀的圖表讓使用者參考，該圖稱為「專利管理圖」；再使用另一套裝軟體PatentTech，分析出目前該領域的技術分布圖，即所謂的「專利技術資訊圖」，使研究者了解該專利技術的密度，可作為迴避設計、技術地雷或想做改良發明的一種重要靈感來源；並藉此分析出目前各種ADF事務機的優缺點，並由「專利管理圖」與「專利技術資訊圖」分析結果提供機構設計改良上的建議，最後利用繪圖軟體OneSpace Designer，簡稱OSD，繪製出改良之3D模型圖，將此概念以更簡單明瞭的方式表現出來。

With Intellectual property is being placed an important role by most enterprise around the world, Intellectual property seems to be the key to success. Intellectual property can not only make technology to be a patent, but earn more profits, and improve company’s image. And patent system is a way to protect the Intellectual property, being widely used after being considered on highly value from every enterprise. Under the method of patent analysis, Patent map becomes the most common reference around all enterprise. This paper uses packaged software PatentGuider2.0 to search the patent data in accordance with this paper by searching the key words. Under the meticulous analytical way based on statistics of the software, we can get many analyzable、readable charts for users which called patent manage map. Besides, another packaged software PatentTech is used to analyze the Technological distribution map of that field which called patent technical map. The software makes researcher get more understand the density of the patent skills and provide the source of brainwave for doing to avoid design、technology trap and advance invention. More advices of the improvement of mechanism design can be obtained by 「patent manage map」and「patent technical map」.Finally, this paper uses the software named Onespace Designer and draw the better 3D model, and we can express this idea in a simply way.
