隨著網際網路的飛速發展,現在越來越多廠商都在逐漸採用雙通路模式來銷售自己的產品。在本文中,雙通路閉鎖式供應鏈是由一個供應商,一個零售商還有一個第三方獨立收集廠商所組成。然而,本文中提到在價格一致和不一致的方案下發展了六個分散的雙通路供應鏈模型並分別求得閉鎖式的均衡解。因此,本文採用 Stackelberg 博弈來解決本文的問題,製造商是領導者,零售商和第三方獨立收集廠商是跟隨者。基於所提出模型的最佳/均衡解決方案,本文應用了直接通路的客戶忠誠度來比較六個分散模型的各個決策參數,例如回收率,利潤,價格等。通過這些模式分析與數值驗證,透過本文可以了解客戶對直接通路的偏好程度如何影響雙通路/單通路閉鎖式供應鏈中的最佳決策。結果顯示,不一致價格方案下的利潤比一致價格方案下的利潤有更好的表現。


With the rapid development of the Internet, many manufacturers nowadays are gradually adopting a dual-channel to sell their products. In this paper, the dual-channel closed-loop supply chain system consisting of a manufacturer, a retailer, and a third-party collector. However, we developed six decentralized dual-channel supply chain models under consistent price policy or inconsistent price policy. Therefore, we adopted the Stackelberg game to solve our problem, the manufacturer is the leader, the retailer and the third-party collector is followers. Based on the optimal/equilibrium solutions for the proposed models, we applied the direct channel consumer loyalty to compare decision parameters of the six decentralized models such as return rate, profit, price, etc. Through these numerical analyses, we could find how the degree of the consumers’ preference toward the direct channel affects the optimal decisions in the dual-channel/single-channel closed-loop supply chain system. The results reveal that the profit under the inconsistent price policy has better performance than the profit under the consistent price policy.
