    • 在醫療糾紛頻傳的當下，醫病關係緊張是造成醫療糾紛的原因之一。醫病關係緊張，是目前醫界急需解決的問題，一方面從醫生方面開始改進，從醫學教育就強調態度，即以病人為中心的觀念，另一方面加強宣導衛教資訊，使民眾能更瞭解自己的狀況，使民眾能和醫生基本的溝通，從不對等關係漸漸轉變為對等。

    我們都曉得一個人只有在生病的時候才最能體認出健康比一切更重要，如果能在醫院中宣導衛教資訊，必為最佳機會，因為此時的學習動機最強烈，可資利用的候診時間最充裕。如能有效的宣導衛教資訊且在利用候診時間宣導衛教資訊，可以有效達到教育民眾的目的。

    檢視相關文獻發現，並無研究針對如何更有效的推廣衛教資訊進行研究，無法更進一步的改進現有的推廣方法。

    本研究為了解決醫病關係緊張及有效利用候診時間推廣衛教資訊的問題，比較各種觸控技術並找出適合民眾在醫院直覺使用的觸控螢幕，且利用flash軟體實作H1N1新型流感衛教資訊平台，改進以往推廣衛教資訊的缺點，使民眾能自行選擇想要得知的資訊，本研究證實此平台確實達到吸引民眾目光的目的，確實達到宣導衛教的第一步，在互動觸控螢幕的幫忙下，相信此平台能更有效幫助宣導衛教資訊。

    There is a great deal of medical malpractices these days, and the tension of the Doctor-Patient Relationship is one of the causes. This is the problem which needs to be urgently solved right now. From the Patient-centered education for the doctors, to the promotion of Health Education Information, both should be enhanced. By doing these, the public can not only know their own situations more, but have a reciprocal communication with the doctors.

    People don’t realize the importance of health until they get sick, so it is the best opportunity to promote the Health Education Information in the hospital. Due to patients’ stronger intension and the ample time of waiting for medical treatment, the purpose of educating people about the Health Education will be effectively achieved.

    In the process of looking for the reference documents, I found out that there is no research for further reform about the effective promotion of Health Education Information. the purpose of educating people about the Health Education will be effectively achieved

    Under this circumstance, this research is to solve the tense of Doctor-Patient Relationship, and to examine the effective practice of promoting the Health Education Information when patients are waiting for medical treatment. By comparing different kinds of Touch Technologies, we can find out a more appropriate Touch Screen for public use, and furthermore, to build the H1N1 information platform by using the flash software technology. That way, the flaw in the promotion of the Health Education Information can be improved, and the public can choose the information they need as well. This research is to certify that the platform not only attracts the masses, but promotes the information in a more effective way.
