摘 要
ERP系統是企業資源規劃的系統，系統龐大，具有大型模組化、跨部門流程整合的特性，是企業e化的核心骨幹，導入ERP系統不同於一般資訊系統，平均導入完整的ERP系統大約是14個月的時間，導入成敗與否，影響企業競爭力甚巨。而企業的經營範疇、獨特競爭力、統制結構，資訊技術範疇、架構，核心業務不盡相同，故導入ERP時，需有不同的策略性做法。
個案公司屬『傳統產業』，產業屬於寡佔市場，但在政府加入WTO後農產品與肥料產品開放進口，在供給與需求面均產生劇烈變化，而企業營運方向亦朝多角化方向進行。個案公司孤島式資訊系統，強化公司了的功能壁壘，也造成了不小企業文化問題及龐大的維護成本，極待改善。導入ERP系統建構一個完整的集團資訊系統骨幹；將總公司、五個製造工廠、三家子公司營運機能，經由ERP系統將作業流程與資料整合，解決原來老舊系統孤島困境；提升公司資訊人員在IT技術層之人力及能力，重建資訊基礎架構；落實流程再造工程，也引導了組織轉型。本文以T公司為例，在導入ERP過程成中如何考量企業內部組織文化、資訊化程度、組織結構配合度等因素，研擬相對應之導入方法並善加運用變革管理與專案管理機制，達成專案目標。期待本文實務經驗提供產業界導入ERP之參考。

Abstract
ERP system is an Enterprise Resources Planning system and core structure of e- environment with special characteristics to modularization and cross department integration. Unlike other systems, it takes average 14 months to implement ERP and the success of the implementation will definitely affect enterprise’s competitive advantage. Sometimes, different approaches are required in ERP implementation in order to cope with demands caused by different business scopes; unique competitive advantage; management structure; IT infrastructures; core business silos.
The case in this research is a conventional business with oligopoly position in its field. There were huge changes on supply and demand in agriculture and fertilizer products market when Taiwan government lifted import restrictions to comply with WTO’s rules and regulations. The case company had no choice but diversify its business scopes while its IT system has been designed in an isolated structure to focus on silo functions, which also resulted in culture barriers and high maintenance cost that need to be addressed. The purpose of ERP implementation is aimed to establish a comprehensive IT system to integrate working process and data to facilitate the operation among head office; five factories and three affiliates and also expect the implementation will upgrade IT competence and rebuild the foundation of IT structure as well as organization re-engineering. Take T Company as an example, the implementation plan put internal culture; e-environment and organization structure into consideration and proposed most appropriate implementation methodology in association with proper mechanism of change management and project management to make the implementation happen. We are hoping that this case can be served as a good reference for the company that intends to implement ERP.
