  • 經濟學中提及,「價格」和「成本」為企業最大利潤追求之最主要兩個考慮因素,而要滿足最大利潤的條件,企業則需先追求最小成本。故,本研究主要以個案方式研究,微利時代的來臨,企業如何運用不同的採購策略,面對眾多不同物料供應商,有效管理其供應鏈,為企業達到最小成本的目的。
    傳統供應鏈中,由於彼此間互信與瞭解不足,且缺乏資訊分享,造成彼此非預測的存貨累積,使得整體供應鏈於存貨控制上的無效率。針對此,個案公司則透過標準化合約的建立,選擇最有助益供應商,建立夥伴關係,進行新採購策略的導入,其中包含近年來熱門之供應商管理存貨,以及寄售採購等存貨管理模式,強化供應鏈管理之效率,期以藉此達到企業追求降低成本目標。
    本研究採用個案研究法,選定發光二極體中上游晶粒製造商─廣鎵光電為研究對象,透過個案訪談瞭解個案公司之新採購策略及其執行過程與效益,從中分析個案公司擬定新採購策略時依循之準則與考量、執行方式、與執行過程所遭遇之困難與挑戰。
    本研究結論為下列四點:
    1.夥伴關係的建立為個案公司推動新採購策略之基礎
    2.標準化合約依照不同原物料品項之特性設計
    3.寄售採購對降低公司存貨成本具有顯著效果
    4.導入供應商存貨管理模式需考慮情境因素


    In economics, price and cost is the two main factors for enterprises while pursuing the maximum profit. Logically, producing at the minimum cost is the first step for enterprises to reach the maximum profit. This research is studied by the approach of case studying. To clear and bright how the enterprises make use of different procurement strategies to manage their supply chain while facing lots material suppliers and finally reach the goal of pursuing minimum cost.
    In traditional supply chain, because of few trust between each other, lack on information sharing, the unpredicted inventory accumulates. This make the whole supply chain get inefficient on controlling the inventory. In light of the above, The case company tried to choose the most beneficial supplier though building up the standard contracts. Then, establish the partner relationship with the chosen and conducting the new procurement strategy, involved the vendor management inventory, consignment purchase and etc. The case company hope to reach the goal of leveling down the cost.
    This research adopts the approach of case studies. This research treat the LED dice manufacturer , Huga inc., as the case company. We interview the case company to get understand its new procurement strategy ,how it executed, and what is the benefit. From the interview, we analyzed the rules and considerations of executing the new strategies, what challenges and difficulties it suffered, and how to overcome and carry out to bring the success.
    The conclusion of the research involves the following four points:
    1.Building partner relationship is the base for the case company to execute the new procurement strategy.
    2.The standard contracts are set up by characters of different materials.
    3.Consignment purchase has an obvious effect on cut down the inventory cost.
    4.Conducting the vendor management inventory model should think over the conditional factors.
