  • The textiles industry is becoming one of the significant global polluters. waste generated from linear production activities has a negative impact on the environment and endangers society. To overcome these issues, this study proposes a sustainable circular economy (SCE) concept that integrates sustainability and circular economy (CE), aiming to reduce waste with its strategy to close the loop and retain the functional value of products and recover the energy or material used. Furthermore, to fill the gap in previous research using a similar concept, a hybrid model is proposed using exploratory factor analysis, fuzzy synthetic, and decision-making and trial evaluation laboratory methods. The methods are used to structure the aspects, find the main criteria, construct the critical level of each grouped criteria, and generate visual analysis related to direct-indirect relationships and cause-effect relationships between factors. The results indicate that carbon emission reduction and welfare improvement are the most influential factors that need to be prioritized in investing directly; on the other hand, stakeholder awareness and energy saving and efficiency are the main problems in developing the implementation of SCE in Indonesia's sustainable fashion firms. The results displayed in this visual analysis are expected to be a guideline for Indonesian sustainable fashion firms in improving the implementation of effective and efficient SCE practices to maximize the resources used.
