  過度的開發與建設如果超過環境的負荷,往往會讓生態環境失去平衡,而導致環境問題產生,我們的地球生態環境正遭逢地球暖化、溫室效應、能源短缺等困境,這些問題我們可以從我們使用或居住的環境做起,使用可再生能源並監控建築物用電狀況來改善對環境的影響,因此本文將實作具有太陽能發電量測模組的智慧建築監控系統並提供系統建置方法及節能推估。
  本智慧建築監控系統分為五大區塊,太陽能源量測模組、智慧型插座、負載監控系統、資料庫伺服器、Android遠端監控程式,利用智慧建築監控系統搭配建築物上的並聯型太陽能源發電系統,以智慧型插座及太陽能源量測模組來量測用電量與發電量,並透過Zigbee與RS485介面傳輸資料存至資料庫,用圖表及數字來顯示發電量及用電量數據,讓建築內使用者或管理者能透過手持裝置來監控建築物內電器使用狀況與電費估計並推估太陽能發電輸出的電量與回購電費,同時也能遠端控制電器開關,當有電器過載會有警報通知使用者並鎖定裝置來保護環境安全,讓建築物藉由此系統與太陽能源發電達到省電節能的效果。


  Ecology environment will lose balance when development and construction are overloaded, and causing many problems such as global warming, greenhouse effect and energy shortage. Now, our earth is facing with these problems, but we can improve that with renewable energy and monitoring the use of energy. For this purpose, this thesis implements a smart building monitoring system with solar energy measuring module-equipped, and it also provides the methods of system establishment and evaluation of energy conservation.
  The thesis is divided into five blocks, which are Solar Energy Measuring Module, Smart Socket, Load Monitoring System, Database Server and Android Remote Monitoring Application. Smart sockets and solar energy measuring modules can measure energy usage amount and generate energy. Energy data will be transmitted to the database server through ZigBee and RS-485 interfaces. The system displays the energy usage amount and the generated energy statistics with diagrams. Users can read these information and can remotely control the switches of appliances in real time. When there’s any appliance overloaded, it will also warn the users and lock the device for safety consideration. Through the monitoring system and solar power generating system, we can achieve power saving more efficiently.
