在這篇論文中,個人設計了三個中心頻率在4G微波放大器。電晶體選擇的是Philips所製造的BFG425W。模擬軟體採用的是MWO2003。佈局軟體是採用Portel。這篇論文嘗試建立一個簡單的設計步驟和讓模擬與實際量測數據相符合。
微波放大器之佈局方式有很多,藉由不同的佈局方式,從中比較、分析微波放大器的變化,(此三組微波放大器規格相同)。提供不同的佈局之方法,製作出不同之微波放大器,並實驗觀察結果。


In this thesis, I have designed three 4GHz microwave amplifier. The transistor that I used is BFG 425W produced by Philips. The simulation software is Microwave Office. The layout software is Portel. This thesis try to build a simple procedure, and fit the simulation to the experimental results.
There are many methods to layout a microwave amplifier,we can analizes the changes depends on different layout methods.Try different layout methods to make different microwave amplifiers,
Do some analysis.Observe its dirrenent results.
