本論文的主要目的在開發住宅照明節能評估系統。本論文首先蒐集與整理國內外照明產品與照明節能相關資料,以為相關研究之基礎。其次,以Microsoft Windows XP為平台、Visual Basic為開發工具,來撰寫照明節能評估系統程式包括其視窗化人機介面。以結合住戶基本資料及用電習性之方式,據以較精確地估算出所評估住宅之照明耗電量及分佈情形。最後,經由更換高效率照明產品的方式,進一步分析其照明耗電量、分佈情形及改善情況與效益。使用者尚可藉此了解高效率節能光源、燈具或電子安定器之節能與CO2減量效益。本論文研究成果應有助於我國節能政策之推展及永續發展策略的落實執行。
The main purpose of this thesis is to develop an energy-saving assessment program for lighting systems of dwelling units. First of all, lighting products and lighting energy-saving information from foreign countries and domestic are collected and complied. Second, on the basis of Microsoft Windows XP platform, an energy-saving assessment program for lighting systems of dwelling units, including man-machine interface program is developed by the Visual Basic. For accuracy of the assessment results, the basic lighting information and habitual behavior of utilization of lighting system of the interested dwelling are taken into account in the program. By using the assessment program, the users can realize the values and contribution of power consumption of lighting devices and fixtures in the dwelling units. Finally, by replacing the lighting devices by high-efficiency lighting products and electronic ballast, the program will tell the advantage and benefit on this energy-saving action. This assessment program should be of value to corroborate the energy-saving policy of our government.
