近年來,隨著能源議題不斷地在全球各地發酵,智慧家庭、智慧建築及智慧生活等議題受到高度重視。全球各方皆希望能藉由運用資通訊技術(ICT)發展並應用智慧化創新技術於「安全」、「節能」等面向,提升人類生活之現況。
居家用電「安全」一直以來都是大家所關心的事情,隨著國民經濟環境的提升,大家對於生活品質的要求越來越高,尤其是家用電器使用成長最為明顯,無論是在數量、種類、功率等都有增加趨勢。現今在台灣電價普遍低廉的情況下,個人平均年用電度數增長快速,但與此同時家庭用電安全也應該要更加重視,隨著用電負載跟著成長,但是家中低壓配電迴路規劃是隨著建築物興建時就已規劃完成,再增加容量空間不大,所以低壓配電迴路用電安全是最需要被關注,將成為居家用電安全之隱憂。
本文研究透過具警示功能家庭用電量即時顯示功能的裝置,結合時下流行的Arduino模組,搭配電流感測器,利用無線通訊Wi-Fi網路,將低壓配電迴路負載電流回傳至使用端,可以讓使用者方便得知低壓配電迴路負載程度及過載警報功能,作為使用電器產品種類之參考,達到居家用電安全之目的,以及用電負載分配。

For the past few years, with the issue of energy being discussed globally, we pay more attention to smart houses, smart architecture, and smart life. By using information communication technique (ICT) and applying smart innovative technology of safety and energy-saving, we hope to upgrade our daily life.
Home electricity safety has been everyone’s concern with the growth of economic environment. People have higher demand for better life quality, especially for the growing use of appliances, in terms of amounts, kinds, power. Under the circumstance of low electric price in Taiwan, the average personal electricity bill increases rapidly. With the growth of power load, the home electricity safety should be emphasized. However, the home low voltage branch line design is set while the architecture was built. The increase of capacity space is limited while the low voltage branch line safety should be greatly concerned, of which may become the potential worries of safety.
The research is based on the device of alert system to collect the data of home electricity consumption and alarm the load condition. To combined with the latest Arduino module, current sensor, and wireless communication Wi-Fi, the load information of home low voltage branch line returns to the user, to inform the user and achieve the goal of home electricity safety and the dispatch of power load.
