本論文是以Raspberry Pi ARM11為硬體系統平台,連接不同裝置設備,其中裝置有步進馬達、類比數位轉換板、馬達控制板、紅外線模組以及相機模組等,建立起掃描的系統,以交流電壓交換器的輸出直流電壓24V為輸入源,外接USB鍵盤與滑鼠,以及HDMI 螢幕。
軟體上以C語言為主要開發語言,在RaspbianOS下開發程式,控制不同的裝置,控制介面有I2C、GPIO、CSI等,完成拍照、掃描實物並將其資料儲存於系統檔案中,已完成軟硬體配合應用. 本系統主要針對腳板的模型做為掃描樣本,可以對於腳板的模型去發展製造客製化的鞋墊,以達到使用低成本的周邊裝置為考量的方向,建立成客製化系統。
This paper is based on Raspberry pi board to develp the system for scanning platform. The board connect to each kind of device including step motor, A/D convertor, motor control board, infrared module and camera module. The platform is used 24V power source, connect USB keyboard/mouse and HDMI monitor.
C language is main language for system development. The OS system is Raspbian OS. All devices are contolled by C program. There are several interface include I2C, GPIO and CSI etc. To performance taking picture and scanning substance. Then to save the data into the file system. Whole system is complete by software and hardware.
This scanning system is for the foot sole. Then we can get the foot sole to develp customizing soles. It could reduce the cost of customizing soles for product and build the available platform.
