With the rise of new technologies, such as big data analysis, artificial intelligence and even quantum computers, these new technologies are accompanied by new demands and expectations of the market environment. The business organization must learn professional knowledge and needs of market environment, and adjust internal strategies to develop corresponding services and products to gain and enhance their competitive advantage and sustainable development. Therefore, this study uses the combination of organizational agility and absorptive capacity to express the absorption of business organization to the external market, immediately reconfigure internal capabilities and goals, and based on the results of learning absorption and fit of internal and stage goals. Dominate to develop a phased IT-Artifact with modularity method. However, this study integrates these various theories to develop an “Agile Reconfiguration Capability” to indicate that the organization can be influence on the corresponding business ecosystem and market environment through this capability. In addition, this study collects and interviews relevant data through case study methods, and conducts in-depth analysis and discussion of phenomena. Finally, based on the results of the research, a set of research framework for "Agile Reconfiguration Capability" is proposed to describe the importance of corporate organization.

This study explores the case - Yoctol Information Inc., which divides its development process into four stages, namely, the establishment period, the strategy conversion stage, the goal establishment stage, and the enterprise core product development stage. the combination of organizational agility and absorptive capacity, the three aspects of the absorptive capacity (identification, absorption assimilation, knowledge commercialization) to explore how the organization can learn professional knowledge and needs in the external market environment, and then reconfigure the concept to explore how the company adjusts its internal capabilities and sets phase objectives. The adaptation decision quickly develops a phased IT-Artifact through modularity, which is integrated into the research and develops the conceptual structure of “Agile Reconfiguration Capability”, and further explains how the organization can develop this capability and its ability. Improve their competitive advantage and sustainable survival, and finally use this structure for other enterprise as a reference for survival and development.
