  • 雲端運算是近年來蓬勃發展的一項技術,雲端中提供非常多元的運算資源。使用者可以藉由雲端強大的運算能力以及大容量的儲存空間以獲得到更佳的效能。另一方面,手持裝置(例如:手機、平板電腦)日趨普遍,大部分的人都擁有自己的手持裝置,並經常利用這些手持裝置聽音樂、看影片或上網瀏覽網頁。家中固有的電子設備(例如:大螢幕、環繞音響)的使用率逐漸下降,使用者利用手持裝置觀賞影音的品質也遠不如電子設備所播放的影音效果。在本論文中,我們提出一個多媒體影音播放平台,藉由手持裝置上的介面在不同的電子設備之間操控並播放影音。同時,我們結合雲端運算以幫助使用者在操作此平台時便利性更高、效能更好。


    Recently, cloud computing is a popular technology and there are a lot of computing resources in the cloud. That is, cloud computing can provide powerful computing and large storage space for users to get better performance. On the other hand, most of people have owned mobile devices (e.g., smart phones and ipads) can help people to do a lot of things such as listening music, watching TV or video, and surfing Internet. In the paper, we will propose a multimedia platform to play multimedia (e.g., video or audio files) by mobile devices, and at the same time, cloud computing can help the multimedia platform more efficient and convenient for users to control and switch the multimedia playing among different equipment (e.g., display devices or speakers).
