鑑於人們對安全的要求越來越高,現今門禁系統已被廣泛應用於各種場域。近幾十年來台灣經濟快速成長,建商在各地大量的推出集合式住宅,民眾對居住環境的要求也越來越高,故集合式住宅衍生的管理需求之一就是如何管制住戶、訪客、車輛等進出,尤其在集合式住宅的人員進出複雜,所以負責管制的門禁系統成為其重要的基礎設施。

所謂的門禁系統包含了門鎖、讀卡機、門禁控制器及後台管理系統,硬體設備安裝大多採用實體接線方式,透過複雜的佈線將設備連接至後台管理系統電腦。建置過程中用戶除了須付出高額的買斷設備費用外,因門禁系統管控所有人員的進出,一旦運作出問題,後果不堪設想,故為了維持整個門禁系統持續運作,後續長期每年的維護成本更無法省略。

雲端技術近幾年已陸續應用在企業場合,近二年受到Covid-19 疫情推播下,企業接受雲端技術的比例更是大幅提升,且經由擴大導入雲端應用也讓企業在各領域得到更多的效益。而基於雲端技術的門禁控制系統可提供集中管理、可視化和無需傳統門禁系統的高成本和複雜的控制。透過雲端技術還可提供集中式管理、即時更新、雲佈署、診斷等功能。系統可以在無需專業的訓練或特有的工具程式即可很容易的快速部署。此外還可與其他系統整合,例如訪客管理、電梯控制或公設預約等等。

本研究藉由分析將雲端技術導入傳統門禁系統所帶來的效益並為傳統門禁廠商尋求新的發展佈局及獲利方向。


Given the increasing demand for security, access control systems are now widely
used in various settings. Over the past few decades, Taiwan's economy has grown
rapidly, and developers have launched numerous condominiums throughout the
country. People's expectations for their living environment have also risen, and one of the management needs that have emerged from these condominiums is how to control
the entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vehicles. In particular, given the
complexity of personnel entering and leaving these condominiums, the access control
system responsible for managing these entries and exits has become an essential
infrastructure.

An access control system typically includes door locks, card readers, access
controllers, and backend management systems. Hardware equipment installation
mostly adopts a physical wiring approach, and complex cabling is used to connect the
equipment to the backend management system computer. In addition to having to pay
a high fee for the equipment, users need to maintain the system regularly as it controls the entry and exit of all personnel. If any problems occur, the consequences could be dire. Therefore, the long-term annual maintenance costs cannot be ignored to ensure the continuous operation of the entire access control system.

Cloud technology has been gradually applied to corporate settings over the past few
years, and with the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic over the past two years, the
proportion of companies adopting cloud technology has increased significantly. The
expansion of cloud applications has also enabled companies to gain more benefits in
various fields. A cloud-based access control system based on cloud technology can
provide centralized management, visualization, and high-cost and complex control
without the need for traditional access control systems. Cloud technology can also
provide functions such as centralized management, real-time updates, cloud
deployment, and diagnosis. The system can be easily and quickly deployed without
specialized training or specific tool programs. Moreover, it can be integrated with
other systems, such as visitor management, elevator control, or facility reservation.

This study analyzes the benefits of introducing cloud technology into traditional
access control systems and seeks new development layouts and profit directions for
traditional access control manufacturers.
