  • 由於人口高齡化社會的來臨加上少子化社會的問題,民眾對於個人健康管理
    意識提升,以及疾病事前預防勝於事後治療之照護概念興起,行動醫療科技未來
    將扮演著重要的照護角色,不僅可進行自我健康管理,亦可提供個人化資訊,協
    助行動醫療領域的應用。
    穿戴式裝置結合前端感測器,透過先進通訊技術結合成一個網路提供物件間
    資訊互相連結共享,再經由運算模擬分析大數據整合透過雲端服務提升數據質量
    與即時性為行動醫療應用發展基礎,不僅可進行自我健康管理,亦可提供個人化
    資訊,有效的強化預防保健及居家照護,慢性病管理,進而達成降低醫療成本目
    的,所以健康照護產品將為資通訊廠商相當重視的應用領域,健身和運動、醫療
    和健康兩個細分領域的可穿戴商用前景被市場普遍看好。
    本研究以資通訊廠商A 公司無線通訊部門為例,基於部門長期專精於無線通
    訊產品的設計、研發與製造,並且於2014 年取得ISO18435 GMP 醫療器材品質
    認證,所以在此背景基礎下發展健康穿戴產品將是部門發展的機會,於是本研究
    從產業結構,市場分析,專利分析及部門競爭力分析,規劃未來三年發展穿戴式
    裝置產品之研發藍圖,以期待可以為部門增加營收獲利。


    Due to the aging-society and low birth rate, public awareness of the improvement
    of personal health management and disease prevention has been rising in recent years.
    Mobile medical technology will be an important key role to support the self-health
    management with personal information but also to assist in application of the mobile
    medical area.
    The integration of wearable devices and front end sensors to compose one network
    of information sharing by advanced communication technologies. Through the big
    data analysis of cloud service, they are quality and instantaneity for the basic
    development of mobile medical. We can manage ourselves health but also provide
    personalized information to strengthen preventive health home care and chronic
    disease management. Most IT companies are highly considering health care products
    that will be important application of fitness, sports, and medical health.
    This study takes the RF communication department of A company as example; it
    specializes in design, R&D and manufacturing. The company has acquired ISO18435
    GMP medical equipment certification in 2014; therefore, the development of A will be
    an opportunity with its background. Use those analyses of industrial structure,
    marketing, patent and competition to plan three years R&D blueprint of the wearable
    devices development, and except to increase benefit of this department in the future.
