現今科技變遷快速的時代，ERP系統已經是企業運作所必備的主要項目。從大型企業到靈活的中小企業，都莫不將ERP的建置視為電腦化的基礎。使用ERP系統做為企業經營，快速獲取所有資訊的利器，也行之多年。也不斷有新的廠商投入ERP的開發，而原ERP廠商也不斷改進及增加原有的功能，來滿足不斷產生的新需求。
雖然在這些年ERP系統都不斷的被導入。許多企業面臨到導入新系統，或更換舊系統，所有細節往往都是千頭萬緒。而系統的導入不單單只是依賴合作廠商顧問群就能完成，而是需要企業全體的參與。在『他山之石可以攻錯』原則下。本研究以實際的探訪，綜合兩家企業多年導入經驗，顯現兩家企業人員經驗，將個別經歷與遭遇到的狀況與問題，分別整理做為本研究主要內容，整理出數個關鍵因素，做為系統導入時的參考。

In fast era of scientific and technological changes now, ERP system is the enterprise's operation main project.From small and medium to large-scale enterprise , the construction of ERP is the computerized foundation.

Use ERP system to managed for enterprises and obtain the edge toll of all information fast, has been for many years. New development of investing ERP of manufacturer or former ERP manufacturer updates and increases the existing function, to meet the new demand.

Though so many ERP systems are implemented by enterprises these years.
Enterprises implement the new system or change the old system,all details are still very complicated

Implement the system can not only be finished by the consultant on the manufacturer,but need participation of enterprise all the persons.

In the principle of " there are other hills whose stones are good for working jade ",this visiting with reality of research,synthesize two enterprises implement experience and several key factors to be a reference .
