一般民眾想投資全球金融商品,卻鮮少有人了解世界各國的景氣現狀,也不知道該從何掌握市場脈動及景氣循環,經濟數據背後代表的意義更是霧裡看花。面對眾多雜亂的金融資訊,陌生艱澀的專有名詞,沒有金融背景的投資人,該從何處著手學習?
財經M平方(MacroMicro)創立於2015年,致力於整合全球總經數據,改變過去資訊不對稱的情形,幫助投資人用最短的時間了解全球金融市場,打造結合大數據的金融創新平台。一間新創企業如何從零開始,將曾經被視為注重基本面的『小眾』市場,透過平台影響力逐漸受到市場重視,甚至歷經三年新冠疫情的影響,平台營收持續穩定增長,會員累積至今更突破33萬人,面對外部環境動盪下仍能逆勢成長,2023年更獲得經濟部國家產業創新獎的殊榮。
本研究以哈佛個案之方式撰寫,藉由個案內容討論創業家精神、商業模式、藍湖策略及企業成長策略等議題。探討企業在市場區隔定位中,如何展現其競爭優勢,發展創新的商業模式,並擬定產品及市場發展策略,逐步擴大利基市場,達到企業永續經營並邁向國際市場之目標願景。


People is often interested in investing in global financial products, yet few truly
understand the current economic conditions of countries worldwide. They are unsure
of how to grasp the pulse of the market and economic cycles. The meaning behind the
economic data is even not clear. Facing abundance of financial information, and
unfamiliar terminology, where should an investor without a financial background begin
to learn?
MacroMicro, established in 2015, is committed to integrating global
macroeconomic data, addressing the past issues of information asymmetry, helping
investors understand the global financial market in the shortest time, and creating a
financial innovation platform that combines big data.
How does a startup begin from scratch to earn market recognition for a niche that
was once considered to prioritize fundamentals through the influence of its platform?
Despite the impact of the three-year COVID-19 pandemic, the platform has still been
able to maintain steady revenue growth and has even accumulated more than 330,000
members to date. Despite facing a turbulent environment, it has managed to grow
against the tide. In 2023, it was even honored with the National Industry Innovation
Award by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
A Harvard case study was adopted in this research to discuss the Entrepreneurship,
Bussiness Model, Blue Lakes Strategy, and Growth Strategy. By establishing strategic
cooperation with key partners, developing innovative business models in market
segmentation, planning the product and market development strategies, and gradually
expanding niche markets, aim for sustainable business operations and entry into the
international market.
