  • 如今全球已邁入以知識為基礎的「知識經濟時代」,而當前教育界在面對知識經濟時代的變化,勢必也面臨著衝擊與改革,才能因應接踵而來的挑戰。以現有教學過程之中,「教師如何教的有效,學生如何真正學到?」是引人深思的課題,往往老師教學過程,常常有一些是屬於個人學習思考與經驗,而無法以結構化的方式適當地表達出來,使學生了解。在資訊科技蓬勃發展的今日,若教學過程中能引用知識管理、知識地圖,使教師將教材知識予以整理並繪製成知識地圖後,強化知識分享、意見回饋等活動,讓課程教材知識不斷地累積,並使得課程教材品質得以日益提升。本研究試圖以知識管理、知識地圖與概念構圖分析進行課程教材知識地圖之建構探討。
    本研究將以系統展示法,結合知識管理的整合性策略、知識地圖與概念構圖分析建構一整合性課程教材知識地圖管理系統。同時,為確認本研究所開發的雛形系統的實用性,將利用個案實證的方式,透過系統實行驗證本研究在研究成效上的效度與信度,並透過個案訪談得到五項結論:(1) 知識地圖能夠有效地呈現課程教材知識概念構圖; (2) 知識地圖提供主動的知識搜尋能夠有效地縮短搜尋的時間; (3) 知識地圖管理系統能夠有效提升課程教材知識的品質; (4) 知識地圖管理系統能夠做為組織記憶,促進組織學習的進行; (5) 知識地圖管理系統能輔助教師對課程教材知識的整理與建構。
    本研究根據結論給予實務界的建議:(1) 直接將知識地圖內的知識內容單元連結到教學網站當教材使用;(2) 透過系統各項統計資訊,擬定相關知識管理策略; (3) 知識地圖管理系統與工作績效結合。而對未來研究者的建議有四點:(1) 將知識地圖管理系統完整呈現出概念構圖;(2) 將知識地圖管理系統應用於合科課程;(3) 擴大研究對象,將研究對象逐步擴大至全校師生、歷屆校友、校外人士等;(4) 延長實驗時間,由於知識的累積與應用需要更久的時間方能更有所成效,故建議將研究實施時間延長,以發掘系統各方面更完整的效益,並真正發揮出知識地圖之功能。


    Nowadays the whole world has already marched toward the era of “knowledge-driven economy”, the education not only rethinks the feasible schema to deal with the pound but make teaching knowledge working. In the recent teaching processes, it is to be in deep thought that “how teach effectively and how learn effectively?” Now, there is a problem that some personal learning experiences can not be expressed to students properly using oral way during the teaching processes.This study use the Knowledge Map to organize knowledge through sharing and feedbacks, but also the teaching quality will be improved. This study intends to exploit the teaching material knowledge map by analyzing “Knowledge management”, “Knowledge map” and “Concept map”.
    This study integrates the holistic conceptual with the KM strategy、the Knowledge Map to develop a Knowledge Map system (K_Map system). To test our framework, the case study is applied. The findings of case study indicate that: (1) Knowledge Map can effectively present the map of teaching materials knowledge; (2) Knowledge Map offers initiative knowledge to searched and the searching time can be effectively shortened; (3) K_Map system can improve the quality of the teaching materials knowledge of course effectively ; (4) Knowledge map can be used as organization memory to approve organization learning; (5) K_Map system can help teachers to arrange and develop the teaching materials of knowledge.
    This study has three suggestions to practice are: (1) For teachers, they can put the knowledge units into their materials; (2) Developing the strategies of knowledge management through statistical information of the K_Map system; (3) Use the system to strength the completeness of instructional evaluation.
