隨著科技的進步和發展日新月異,馬達設備的應用場合已越來越廣泛,在現代工業裡許多工廠的產線必需維持24小時不停休,馬達在長期不間斷運轉下發生故障卻沒有即時處理,可能會使故障嚴重程度增加進而迫使馬達立即停機,這將造成巨大的經濟損失,甚至威脅現場人員的生命安全,由此足以見得馬達運轉設備及其健康狀態在生活上扮演著相當重要的角色。因此,若能監測馬達運轉訊號,並於故障發生時得知其嚴重程度,使現場維修人員可以依其狀態做即時處理,將可以避免馬達發生嚴重故障至不可收拾的地步。
本研究旨在使用電量檢測法於感應電動機運轉狀態監測,並採用國際標準規範來建立電氣指標,找出適用於辨識感應電動機之運轉狀態。首先量測三相鼠籠式感應馬達的輸入電壓及電流,利用LabVIEW建立之人機介面將實驗數據存檔,然後帶入各項國際規範之電氣指標公式進行運算及分析,並輔以國際標準,最後得到一馬達狀態監測指標適切性綜合評估。


With new technological advances, applications of motor have become more widespread. In modern industry, product line must be available 24 hours a day without a shutdown. If the problem was not found immediately, motors which undergo the long uninterrupted operating time were not perceived that the damage level would lead to an immediately breakdown and even affect not only cause a huge economic losses but also safety of employees. As a result, motors equipment and its conditions are playing a very important role. Therefore, if the operation signal of motors and its severity can be detected at the time, maintenance staff can do real-time processing according to the status and avoid a catastrophic failure of the motor to unmanageable proportions.
This study aims to use the electrical detection method in induction motor operating condition monitoring, and set up electrical indicators with international standards in order to figure out the proper way to identify the operating state of the induction motor. First of all, measure the input voltages and currents of a squirrel-cage induction motor, use a user-friendly human-machine interface which was established using LabVIEW and record the experimental data. Secondly, calculate and analyze the electrical indicator formula in comparison with international standards. Finally, perform a suitable comprehensive adequacy assessment of motor condition monitoring indicators.
