  • 面對競爭的社會環境及營建專案工程之複雜化與結構化的趨勢,在專案導向型(Project-Oriented)產業中,其專案績效、業主滿意度及專案成功已成為影響企業在永續經營、營運成長與利潤累積之重要因素。本文透過相關文獻與專案管理知識體系指南(Project management body of knowledge, PMBOK®)歸納營建從業人員在執行專案中使用之管理技術因子,並探究專案執行後其績效、業主滿意度與專案成功之因果關係。本研究導入基因演算法(Genetic Algorithm, GA)應用於結構方程模型(Structural Equation Model, SEM)中,該方法可提升研究者對於搜尋SEM複雜替代路徑之效率。此外,並採用驗證性分析(Confirmatory Fctor Analysis, CFA)與路徑分析法(Path Analysis, PA)分別檢測構念及其衡量指標與構念間之影響。本研究結果發現溝通管理與採購管理在工程實務上對於專案績效、業主滿意度與專案成功有直接/間接且具統計意義之影響。實證分析的成果可作為工程單位優先採用專案管理技術之依據,期能強化資源使用效率,藉此改善工程績效、提升業主滿意度及促進專案成功。


    This study examines the relationships among project management technologies- , project performance, customer satisfaction, and project success. This study contributes to literature by providing insight into interactions among project management skills, project performance customer satisfaction, and project success in the construction industry context. First, this study applies structural equation modeling (SEM) to test hypothesized inter-relationships, which are based on project management of body knowledge (PMBOK) and literature review findings, among project management technologies, project performance, customer satisfaction, and project success. Second, a genetic algorithm is utilized to identify the optimal combination of project technologies and project performance. A questionnaire is administered to construction industry professionals in Taiwan to investigate project management and project team as they relate to project performance, customer satisfaction, and project success. This empirical study verifies that project performance in the construction industry is influenced markedly by communication management and procurement management. Mangement teams can apply analytical findings to develop effective execution strategies that improve project performance and customer satisfaction to ensure project success.
