產業的全球化策略及科技水準的提昇，配合資訊產業的進步神速，造就企業的競爭能力不斷向上提昇，企業內部的資源的整合與企業間的外部資源共享成為今日產業鏈的串聯的重要性日趨一日。
如何有效的結合不同的產業鏈中的環節，讓上、下游的不同企業有效利用分享資源、協同規劃生產作業計劃與一致性運籌作業成為不可或缺的管理行為，此乃造就今日的供應鏈管理（Supply Chain Management）廣泛推行於企業中。
SCM的推行於各產業已成為普遍現象，但因為不同的產業別其需求不盡然相同，也無法百分百以複製的方式運用於相同的產業，主要原因為SCM乃是牽涉到企業的策略、組織結構、企業文化、企業內部系統的規模及完整性、企業上、下游間整合等各種因素其困難度與挑戰性相當高，並時而所聞導入SCM失敗的例子，故企業在推動導入SCM時更應做好事先規劃與評估工作。
本研究主要是以文獻整理的成功關鍵因素為基礎，以半導體個案為研究對象探討導入SCM之成功關鍵因素為何，做為比較驗證結論，整理歸納後以為後續先進及業界人士推行相關專案一參考之依據。

The strategy of globalization and technology upgrade, along with the fast migrating IT industry enable the competitiveness of a corporate to improve continuously. Nowadays, the integration of resources inside a corporate and resources sharing between parties become more and more important in the industrial chain.
To effectively combine different processes of business chain so that companies from the front-end, the back-end and etc. of the process can all effectively share information, join the production planning and establish identical logistics become an essential managerial behavior which is called “Supply Chain Management” and is extensively applied today.
The application of SCM is popular in difference industries. However, due to the fact that different industries have difference features, the duplication of SCM will not apply to all cases. SCM involves corporate strategy, organization, culture, system planning, process integration and etc., which highly complex and challenging, so cases of failure on SCM application is not unusual. Therefore, a careful scheme and evaluation are required before SCM introduction.
This study will be based on the key factors of success from current documentation and the study of individual cases in semiconductor field as a comparison, to discuss the key factors to a successful SCM introduction.
