本研究利用不同種類的導染劑及不同結構的分散染料來對聚乳酸纖維的染色性及色彩值變化做探討,實驗中改變染料及導染劑濃度、溫度、染色時間及pH值來進行染色流程變化,添加導染劑確實可以提升PLA的染著量,且導染劑可使PLA有低溫深染的效果;導染劑種類中以甲基萘(Methyl naphthalene)及水楊酸苯酯(Phenyl salicylate)的效果最佳。PLA對單偶氮系(Monoazo)分散染料的染著較其他分散染料好,而經導染劑染色後對蒽菎系(Anthaquinone)及喹啉系(Quinoline)2種結構分散染料的染著量有明顯提升。經導染劑染色後其堅牢度無明顯的改變且對染色織物的色相不會有很大的變異。在DSC熱分析中導染劑會使聚乳酸纖維的玻璃轉位點降低。而且結晶化度也會隨著導染劑的增加而減少。


The study focused on different disperse dyes and carriers for dyeing properties of PLA fabrics. The concertration of dyes and carriers dyeing temperature and time on the process had been widely researched. From results found that the effectiveness of carriers for dyeing of PLA fabrics, the Methyl naphthalene and Phenyl salicylate are better than other carriers, above all Anthaquinone and Quinoline type dyes. It was no different with fasteness and colors after using carriers.Tg will decelerate by carrier at the analysis of DSC.Excpet Xc% decelerate vary with increasing of carriers.
