本研究主要目的是針對台灣主機板產業之產業結構與現況、產業動態、來探討台灣
主機板產業是否如一般所言已屬於成熟期產業以及驗証台灣主機板產業所面臨成熟
產業之問題。並以個案公司之成本策略、品質策略、服務策略及交貨期策略等之四
大採購策略,分析個案公司採購策略的競爭力、採購策略擬定方向及所遭遇問題,
藉由本研究分析個案公司採購策略未來之發展,提出適當的建議。

本研究方法是以個案研究法,來探討個案公司在1986年至2005年期間之採購策略。
針對欲探討的議題進行個案公司相關資料的蒐集及高階主管深度訪談,提出分析個
案公司之採購策略優勢競爭力。

本研究的主要結論及建議如下:
1. PC產業已是成熟產業,在於成本壓力之下,採購策略對一個製造業而言是非常重
重要,它攸關公司整體資金運用及採購成本與成本降低為企業策略的關鍵因素。
2.個案公司採購策略之成本策略方面可以加速全球化運籌模式、提高存貨之週轉率、
產品規格標準化、替代料之承認、作業流程改善、供應鏈之整合、供應商管理。
3.個案公司可以運用成熟具有跨國性整合能力的高科技網路技術工具,協助個案公司
內外資源整合,工作流程設計改造,採購電子化,供應商管理,存貨管理等,策略
運籌來提昇產業國際競爭力、縮減作業時程,提昇營運效率。


The purpose of this study is to look at the purchasing strategy at one of the major hi-tech public listed company. Based upon the industry structure and industry development, whether the overall development pattern reaching out a matured stage is one key focus to watch out, in addition to that, cost strategy, quality strategy, service quality, and goods
Delivered just in time are another major tasks fro this company to accomplish.

The research methodology applied to this study is a case study method. The data covers the period from the year 1986 to 2005 and expert opinions interview is conducted to tell the competitive strategy and competitive advantage of the company intact.

The major summary and conclusions from this study are: (1) PC industry has already a matured business, in order to keep the cost down, purchasing strategy becomes so crucial to the success of this business.
(2) the cost strategy of the purchasing strategy of the company intact could make the global supply chain management efficient, lift up the turnover of inventory, standardization of product format, improvement of the production process, and the integration of supply chain process.
(3) The company intact has applied IT technology in creating purchasing digitalized, global supply chain, inventory management, job process reengineering and others to fulfill the resource integration and reach the potential of company’s competitive advantage.
