企業經營追求的目標通常是永續長存,無論經營過程中面臨何種挑戰,企業本身皆會進行問題檢討解決與瓶頸突破,以求企業更穩健的朝向目標邁進;而現今企業面臨著知識經濟時代的來臨,不能再靠以往控制土地、天然資源、勞力等方式求得企業的長治久安。反而是掌握住知識經濟發展趨向的關鍵,才有機會繼續立於不敗之地,甚至開創新機,創造另一個經濟奇蹟。
因此,如何讓企業藉由診斷的方式,找出企業現況的問題核心,並提出解決方案,使得企業可以不斷改善強化自身體質,以凝聚企業知識與能量,面臨未來的挑戰。
本研究將探討以知識管理的角度來建構企業診斷的程序,並以個案的方式進行企業診斷程序的推演,最後將推演的結果提供給未來企業進行改善強化的依循或參考;首先將運用限制理論的思維程序,找出企業發展的限制或瓶頸為何?進而診斷分析出限制企業發展的核心問題,並提出因應策略與解決方案。當企業提出解決方案後,通常會發現,絕大多數的問題都與知識管理有關,因此將再透過知識盤點的方式,找出企業經營的知識缺口,並提出知識缺口的彌補策略與解決方案相結合,藉以提供企業管理人員或經營層做決策時之參考。
經過個案的實例推演過程發現,本研究所建構企業診斷流程,所發現之核心問題與事實相同,並且藉以運用限制理論與知識盤點後提出之解決方案與行動計畫是可以預見其效益,因此,足以印證本研究以知識管理建構之企業診斷程序是可供業界其他公司參考使用的。
Enterprise is usually pursuing the goal of being able to carry on its business perpetually, no matter what kind of challenge it might be facing during business operation, the enterprise itself will always keep on reviewing the issues and try to figure out solutions and ways to break through the choke point, so the enterprise will be able to stride towards the goal steadily; however, enterprise now is confronting an era of knowledge economic, it can no longer achieve a long lasting dictation just by controlling its land, natural resources and labor. Instead, by mastering the crucial trend of knowledge economic development, the enterprise will be able to keep on holding its unbeatable position, even be able to initiate new opportunities, and create another economic miracle.
Therefore, the enterprise should seek out the main issues of its current status by adopting diagnostic methodology, so that it can keep on improving and strengthening itself, agglomerates its knowledge and energy in order to manage the challenge in the future.
This study will discuss the construction of enterprise diagnostic process from a knowledge management point of view, and deduce enterprise diagnostic process through a case study, then the result will be presented to the enterprise as a reference and guideline for future improvement and strengthening; the limitation Theory of Constraint was applied first, identifying the limitation and choke point that affect the enterprise expansion. Then the main issues that limit the enterprise expansion are diagnosed and analyzed, and related strategy and solution are proposed. In coming out with the solution, it is common that most of the issues are related to the knowledge management, as a result, knowledge inventory methodology is applied to find out the gap of the enterprise knowledge in business operation. Then the strategy of bridging the knowledge gap in combination of the solution is provided, so that the enterprise administration personnel or management level can use it as a reference when making decision.
Through the process of deducing the real case, we can conclude that the main issues identified by using the enterprise diagnostic process constructed in this study is the same issues that existed in reality. By applying limitation theory and knowledge inventory, the proposed solution and action plan can be expected to be beneficial. Therefore, the enterprise diagnostic process based on knowledge management which is constructed in this study can be used as a reference by other companies in the same industry.
