  • 本案例主要討論社會企業家如何運用創新商業模式思維,為企業創造可永續發展的成功商業模式。探討台灣首創只聘用退休銀髮主廚的食憶私廚,其目的是將中高齡工作者,轉換為關鍵資源來服務社會大眾,達到活躍老化、減少依賴家庭的社會目的。文中詳述個案主角創業過程所面臨的挑戰,這些挑戰是由社會目的所驅動,而非僅單純為了獲利。這個案例也突顯社會創業家在投入市場前如何評估與測試,以及討論進入市場後如何調整策略、追求永續發展的目標,有助於我們理解以社會企業為背景的商業模式創新與創業思維。


    This case focus on how social entrepreneurs use innovative business model thinking to create successful business models for sustainable social enterprise. The case is centered on a young founder of Taiwan’s first omakase restaurant only employs retired elderly and converts them into untapped resource. The purpose of the restaurant is to active aging and reduce the elderly’s dependence on their family. The case provides a detailed account of some challenges presented to entrepreneurs who are driven by social purpose rather than solely by the need to generate a profit. The study also highlights how social entrepreneurs evaluate and test before running the business, and how do they revise the strategy after several years in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development. It advances our understanding of innovative business model thinking and entrepreneurial thinking.
