本論文之研究為一種可調光LED之驅動電路,所提出之LED驅動器採用以輸出疊接式為主的返馳式PFC轉換器,其利用定電壓返馳式PFC轉換器疊接定電流升壓型轉換器以驅動LED。本論文將對返馳式轉換器及升壓型轉換器之操作原理以及設計參數進行分析與討論,最後實作一額定輸出功率為87.5 W、額定輸出電流為0.35 A之可調光LED驅動電路,以驗證本論文所提架構之可行性。
This thesis aims to study a novel dimmable LED driver circuit. The proposed LED driver is based on flyback PFC converter with cascode-output design. Each LED string is driven by a constant-voltage controlled flyback circuit and a constant-current controlled boost converter in cascode. The operating principles and design considerations of the proposed LED driver are analyzed and discussed in detail. A 87.5- W/0.35-A prototype converter was implemented and tested. The experimental results are shown to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
