  • 資訊科技(Information Technology, IT)為觸發企業流程再造(Business Process Reengineering, BPR)的要角,而建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)為營造業最近新興並漸被採用之IT,BIM對營造廠現行的哪些作業流程有影響?一旦營造廠引進BIM,如何重新設計作業流程,以滿足流程目標,使得BIM之應用能獲得最佳效率,均為營造廠在評估是否採用BIM前,亟需探討瞭解的課題。
    本研究建立「建築資訊模型導向營造廠流程再造模式」,設計BIM導向作業流程,使作業流程能夠達到最佳效率模式。本研究首先採用營造廠核心作業流程為基礎,以ARIS進行流程塑模的工作;並檢核核心流程達成目標要素之服務缺口;再以數學量化推演之方式解析BIM對目標要素的重要性,加上四象限圖概念篩選BIM對流程再造的關鍵目標要素,以填補流程的缺口,進而提升營造廠流程執行上的效率。
    本研究之成果,可為營造廠在導入BIM時,提供一個執行參考藍本,亦可作為實施企業整體規劃時之方法依據。本研究具體成果主要包括:(1) 營造廠作業流程對BIM需求程度之排序,作為選擇流程導入BIM再造之依據; (2)利用流程目標達成矩陣,將營造廠之願景與顧客要求轉換為流程之目標要素,審視流程之目標達成度並將顧客滿意度加以量化,以分析流程再造顧客滿意度因子之績效,作為判斷流程再造效能之客觀參考依據;(3) 以ARIS四大觀點建構流程塑模,再配合流程目標達成矩陣、流程作業與BIM功能關係矩陣,可清楚找出企業流程運作缺口以及需使用哪些BIM功能;(4)以營造廠「變更設計流程」為例,提出營造廠BIM導向流程再造的可行性及建議,提供營造業參考。


    Information Technology (IT) is an important element which invokes BPR.
    To introduce the BIM to a construction company, the redesigning of operating procedures to maximize the effectiveness of BIM; thus, BIM becomes a critical detail that requires discussion and investigation. For this reason, this study aim to establish “BIM oriented BPR model for construction firm” to design BIM oriented process that enables processes to achieve the best efficiency operating mode. This research utilizes to create the core processes for the construction company, which uses Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS) methodology for Work Modeling Process, and checks core process to achieve goals in the term of the service gap. Mathematical quantitative analysis is conducted to illustrate importance of the BIM, and the concept of four quadrants is employed to select the process for redesign. The result is to fill the process gap, and improving the efficiency of business process implementation.
    The achievements of this study can be used to introduce the BIM to a construction company. The major contribution of this paper include:(1) The classification of BIM demand for a construction company is as a basis to select the process for redesign. (2) This study quantifies the customer satisfaction by using of achievement matrix. Analyzing process effectiveness and process efficiency, the process is obtained to evaluate the reengineering results. (3) Using oganization, data, function, and control views to present the process model, and integrated with the achievement matrix and BIM function matrix. There can be definitely search the process’ gap and which BIM function to be use. Finaly, this research provides a case study of “design change process” to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed process reengineering.
