具備會「呼吸性」的無機礦物塗料,當人們在室內的溼氣升高時,透過塗料由底材吸收,相反的當室內溼度下降時,則濕氣會由牆面體釋放出來,減少壁面結露的現象,這同時將達到調節室內調濕的功能。
本研究主軸在於比較室內無機塗料與有機塗料之吸附性能與穿透性能,於實驗每組48小時 (2880分鐘),透過八大項實驗設計,實驗一~六是以「環控箱法」作為實驗指標,並且於1m³玻璃密閉空間內做實驗測試分析;實驗七~八則是以實際完工之案例作為測試。並將「環署空字第1010106229號令-室內空氣品質標準」作為本研究結果之測試參考依據。
「吸附性能」實驗數據結果:(1) 無機塗料與有機塗料,表示具有吸附性能存在為-實驗二、七、八、(2) 表示無機塗料允許空氣汙染物穿透散逸為-實驗七、(3) 表示根據時間,礦物塗料加底層有微小的吸附性為-實驗八。「穿透性能」實驗數據結果:(1) 無機塗料得知穿透性能良好為-實驗三、四、五、六、(2) 有機塗料得知穿透性能不佳為-實驗三、四、五、六。
實驗一-1m³玻璃內面積比「無機/有機=12/1」淨空狀態。
實驗二-1m³玻璃內面積比「無機/有機=12/1」。
實驗三-1m³玻璃內「純水」RH濕度%。
實驗四-1m³玻璃內「蚊香」。
實驗五-1m³玻璃內「木材保護劑+純水」。
實驗六-1m³玻璃內「木材保護劑+蚊香」。
實驗七-專案一「面積58㎡無開窗空間」。
實驗八-專案二「面積3㎡無開窗廁所」。
With the "breathing" inorganic mineral coating, when people's indoor humidity rises, it will be absorbed by the substrate through the coating. On the contrary, when the indoor humidity drops, the moisture will be released from the wall body, reducing the wall surface. The phenomenon of condensation, which will also achieve the function of adjusting indoor humidity.
The main axis of this research is to compare the adsorption performance and penetration performance of indoor inorganic coatings and organic coatings. In each group of experiments for 48 hours (2880 minutes), through eight experimental designs, experiments 1 to 6 are based on the "environmental control box method" as the experiment indicators, and conduct experimental testing and analysis in a 1m³ glass-enclosed space; Experiments 7-8 are based on actual completed cases as tests. And "Environmental Protection Agency Kong Zi No. 1010106229 Order - Indoor Air Quality Standard" is used as the test reference basis for the results of this study.
"Absorptive performance" experimental data results: (1) Inorganic coatings and organic coatings, which indicate the presence of adsorption properties - Experiments 2, 7, 8, (2) Indicates that inorganic coatings allow air pollutants to penetrate and dissipate - Experiment 7, (3) Indicates that the mineral paint plus primer has a slight absorbency as a function of time - experiment eight. "Penetration performance" experimental data results: (1) Inorganic coatings know that the penetration performance is good - Experiment 3, 4, 5, 6, (2) Organic coatings know that the penetration performance is not good - Experiment 3, 4, Five, six.
Experiment 1 - 1m³ glass inner area ratio "inorganic/organic = 12/1" clearance state.
Experiment 2 - The inner area ratio of 1m³ glass is "inorganic/organic=12/1".
Experiment 3 - RH humidity % of "pure water" in 1m³ glass.
Experiment 4 - "mosquito coil" in 1m³ glass.
Experiment 5 - "Wood Protectant + Pure Water" in 1m³ glass.
Experiment 6 - "Wood Protectant + Mosquito Coil" in 1m³ glass.
Experiment 7 - Project 1 "area 58㎡ without windows".
Experiment 8 - Project 2 "Toilet with an area of 3㎡ without windows".
