  • 臺灣成衣代工產業在70-80年代間,因為受工資上漲及輸美配額關稅等因素影響,許多公司轉向至東南亞國家設廠,但在生產線管理上,仍然沿襲舊有60年代的生產模式及管理方式。有鑑於此,本研究以某公司之越南區一工廠為例,蒐集生產線的明確數據,應用資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)分析結果。藉此本研究為每一條生產線(決策單位,DMU)規劃出專屬的學習路徑,藉以逐步達到學習目標;同時也藉此為獎金的分配更客觀與合理化,為顧客及員工創造雙贏。


    Attributed to the rising wages, tariff quota and other factors, the Taiwan appareling Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) industry moved to Southeast Asia for production lines in 1980s. Nevertheless, the production line and management remain to follow the aged style in 1970s nowadays. In view of this, the present study takes a factory in Vietnam as a case for data collection and applies the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to analyze the data. The results help to establish a dedicated organizational learning path with respect to the production line (the DMU: decision making unit) that path enable the production line to achieve the learning goal step by step. Besides, the modeling also enables the bonus allocation more objective and reasonable which creates a win-win situation for customers and employees.
