本文旨在為航空修護廠工作提出 ERP 系統的資訊管理方法。市面上有許多 ERP
系統適合套用在製造業,但不適用應用於航空業的。
首先介紹航空業的概況以及快速發展的企業實施 ERP 系統的必要性。研究導入
航空業的資訊管理,該管理在航空修護廠中進行測試,如何順利成功實施 ERP 系統,
讓全體員工參與並滿足修護廠品質管理的需求。此論文的目的在於,提議此管理可以
用於幫助修護廠成功實施 ERP 系統,以進一步提升航空業嚴格品質的保證。
飛機修護是高度監控、安全第一、工作程序複雜和競爭激烈的行業。有必要尋求
適合的資訊系統解決方案,在不影響安全性和生產品質的前提下解決航空修護業的生
產製造、庫存控制、航線運行、檢驗流程效率問題。本文探討改進飛機修護等高度複
雜的管理,有必要引進一個全面有效的操作系統協助管理。改善分散管理情形。例如:
機型構型、修護管制條件。飛機修護模組的開發,蒐集了所有定期檢查工作需求或需
要檢查性能的數據。定期檢查旨在解決並確認改善當前的狀態。在引進測試中獲得了
公司的重大成效,此論文的意義在於,探討 ERP 系統對安全管理系統和危害識別的

This paper aims to propose an information management method for ERP system for the work of aviation industry MRO. There are many ERP systems on the market that are suitable for use in manufacturing, but not for the aviation industry. First of all, an overview of the aviation industry and the need for a rapidly evolving enterprise to implement an ERP system. Research and introduction of information management in the aviation industry, which is tested in the MRO, how to successfully implement the ERP system, and let all employees participate in and meet the quality management needs of the MRO. The purpose of this paper is to suggest that this management can be used to help the MRO successfully implement the ERP system to further enhance the strict quality assurance of the aviation industry. Aircraft maintenance is a highly monitored, safety-first, complex work process and highly competitive industry. It is necessary to seek information system solutions to solve the problems of manufacturing, inventory control, route operation and inspection process in the MRO without affecting safety and production quality. This article explores the improvement of highly complex management such as aircraft maintenance, and it is necessary to introduce a comprehensive and effective operating system. To improve the situation of decentralized management. For example: aircraft configuration, maintenance control conditions. The development of MRO modules has collected data on all regular inspection work requirements or the need to check performance. Regular inspections are designed to resolve and confirm improvements to the current state. In the introduction test, the company achieved significant results. The significance of this paper is to explore the impact of ERP system on safety management system and hazard identification. It is proposed that this method can be used to help MRO successfully implement and improve management
