本研究以建築用防火門具遮煙性能(高3公尺乘寬3公尺以下)為主軸,分析建築用防火門具遮煙性能評定現況與規定,將目前公告建築用防火門具遮煙性能判定方法及相關會議紀錄進行整理與分類;並蒐集民國103年至108年內政部認可建築用門遮煙性能構件,依據統計結果擬定訪談大綱,訪談對象主要為內政部指定評定專業機構建築用門遮煙性能審查委員及相關專家學者;最後將深入訪談結果整理與分析,獲得以下結論:
一、透過本研究所得判定方式結果,可簡化審查流程繁複性,提高申請者便利性。
二、建築用防火門具遮煙性能判定方式機制明確性,以達到三間評定專業機構一致性建議。
三、提供未來中央主管機關在修正「建築用門遮煙性能評定原則」之參考依據。
This study focuses on the smoke shielding performance of fire doors for buildings (less than 3 meters high and 3 meters wide), analyzing the current status and regulations of the evaluation for smoke shielding performance of fire doors for buildings. The currently announced methods for judging the smoke shielding performance of fire doors as well as related meeting records are sorted and categorized in this study. In addition, it collected the smoke shielding performance components approved by the Ministry of the Interior from 2014 to 2019, and drew up an interview outline based on the statistical results. The interviewees consisted mainly of experts and scholars from this field of study as well examiners from professional assessment institutions designated by the Ministry of the Interior to evaluate the smoke shielding performance of fire doors for buildings. By sorting and analyzing the in-depth interview results, this study reaches the following conclusions:
(1)The results of the judgment methods in this study can simplify the examination process and improve convenience for applicants.
(2)The results of this study provide an explicit judgment method and mechanism to evaluate the smoke shielding performance of fire doors for buildings to meet the consensus recommendations of three professional assessment institutions.
(3)The results serve as a future reference for the central competent authority in revising the "Principles for the Evaluation of Smoke Shielding Performance of Building Doors.”
