摘要
CAD (Computer Aided Design, 電腦輔助設計) 所設計出的圖檔,貫穿整個產品生命週期。從概念設計、粗部設計、細部設計、試產、正式量產、維護、售後服務….等,無一不是依循CAD所設計出的圖檔,進行溝通、整合、製造及維修。CAD儼然是企業最重要的數位生財工具。如果規劃選擇不當,往往直接影響企業競爭力。在回顧中外文獻後,發現學界有許多關於企業採購或組織購買的研究,但對於CAD系統採購的探討文獻則如鳳毛麟角,因而引發了本研究之動機。
本研究是以Johnston & Lewin(1996)組織購買行為模式圖、組織購買決策過程及軟體系統評估要素等為理論基礎,再與5位CAD業界資深經理討論歸納,擬出研究架構與變項後,經指導教授指導修正,最終完成問卷設計,共30題。本研究從台灣某CAD公司註冊資料中挑選註冊套數大於5套之人,共180名,進行問卷調查,最終共得有效問卷為150份,整體回收率為83%。回收資料經Cronbachα驗證信度,再以單一樣本T檢定及單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)驗證各項研究假設。
研究結果顯示:CAD用戶認知的CAD採購前五大影響因素為(1)價格低廉、(2)功能強大、(3)相容性及擴充性好、(4)系統人機介面設計優良,容易使用、(5)和上下游公司採用相同系統。另外CAD用戶認為,即使3D CAD採購成本比2D CAD高,但使用3D CAD 作設計仍會是未來的趨勢,其他14項假設驗證結果,詳述於第肆章第六節。最後本研究在第伍章分別對 CAD用戶(買方)、業者(賣方)及後續研究者提出了建議。


Abstract
CAD (Computer Aided Design) is used to create drawing files which run through the whole product life cycle. Including conceptual design, rough design, detail design, pilot run, mass production, maintenance and after service ....etc., these are all according by those drawing files for communication, integration, manufacturing and maintenance. CAD is like the most important digital business tools. The improper enterprise choice will have bearing on a direct impact on enterprise competitiveness. After reviewing the Chinese and foreign literature, there are many scholars on enterprises purchases or organizations purchase research. But for CAD procurement research is few, it causes the motive of this research.
This research was based on Johnston & Lewin (1996) “Organizational buying behavior model”, “Organizational buying decision-making process” and “software assessment” theoretical. And then it’s been discussed with 5 CAD industry senior managers to sum up research framework and variable factors. After revised by Professor Lin guidance, a 30 question survey form was finally completed.
This survey form was issued to 180 candidates who had more than 5 seats of personal registered data at a certain CAD company in Taiwan. There were 150 effective survey forms totally and the overall recovery rate was 83%. “Cronbach α” was adopted to verify reliability of retrieved data. Besides, one sample T test and one-way ANOVA had been used to prove hypotheses of this research.
The study results shows that the five top major influence factors of CAD users cognitive CAD purchasing policy are (1) low price, (2) powerful CAD system, (3) good compatibility and scalability (4) friendly user interface which is easy to use, (5) using same CAD system with upstream and downstream companies. In addition, CAD users recognized even the 3D CAD purchase cost is higher than 2D CAD but using 3D CAD for design is the future trend. The other 14 research hypothesis are fully detailed in section six of chapter four. The recommendations for CAD users, CAD sellers and subsequent researchers are stated separately in the last chapter of this study.
