由於永續發展議題日益重要且臺灣車燈產業在全球供應鏈體系及售後維修服務市場佔有一席之地，然而侵犯專利的訴訟亦有可能摧毀整個臺灣汽車零配件售後維修服務市場產業，加上新冠肺炎疫情已影響到全球國際貿易和商業模式包括汽車產業及其供應鏈體系，促使本研究針對臺灣現有的車燈製造廠挑選出在售後維修服務市場的二大龍頭廠商如帝寶和堤維西，以及與主要供應原廠整車廠的大億和這幾年來在永續議題發展著墨極深的商用車燈龍頭廠商璨揚，並收集次級資料包括公司年報及永續報告書，尤其是永續報告利用問卷調查及與利害關係人做深度訪談為每年訂定出重大議題順序及矩陣，從中觀察並發現企業在永續供應鏈發展成長策略時所應關注議題，該如何與時俱進、避開或降低營運風險所造成的衝擊或損失，以持續在全球化的競爭中贏得先機。

Due to the increasing importance of sustainable development issues and the prominent position of Taiwan's auto lamp industry in the global supply chain and AM business, there is an imminent and serious risk that patent infringement lawsuits could destroy the entire Taiwanese auto parts especially for aftermarket business. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the global international trade and business models including the automotive industry and its supply chain systems. Therefore, this thesis selects two leading auto lamp manufacturers in Taiwan such as DEPO and TYC, focusing on AM business, and also choose TAYIH which is the major supplier to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in Taiwan as well as LUCIDITY, a leading commercial vehicle lamp maker that has heavily implemented sustainability in recent years.
The method is to collect secondary data including annual reports and sustainability reports, which typically utilize questionnaire and in-depth interviews with stakeholders to indicate the materiality matrix to perform the material topics as well as strategies per year. The goal of this thesis is to provide advice or findings for those enterprises that should focus on or pay more attention to the top issues when developing sustainable supply chain strategy as COVID-19 pandemic already changes the supply chain system in automotive industry. By doing so, the enterprises can move with the times, reduce the operation risks and avoid the impacts or losses in order to continue to benefit the opportunity from the global competition.
