連接器是一個高度競爭和產品規格非常多元的產業,尤其是現有幾家經營連接器的指標性廠商,主導了大部分應用的標準規格及專利佈局。事實上連接器也走往「客製化」和「標準公用」兩條不同的發展路徑,甚至有許多連接器已跳脫產業習知的工藝條件、量測技術和應用場景,加上個案公司面臨著第5代行動通訊系統所帶動的電子設備的產品變革,唯有透過產品規劃組合與公司技術策略研究,檢視個案公司現有產品與市場需求的供需和競爭條件,來預估產品發展及生命週期。此外透過進入主要市場取得初級資料,結合供應廠商、競爭者及個案公司的內外部資料,加上伺服器種類與應用趨勢來進行市場分析,找出市場缺口和機會點。本研究利用五力分析及強弱危機綜合分析(SWOT Analysis)工具來制訂增長性(SO)、扭轉性(WO)、多元化(ST)、防禦性(WT)策略組合,分析個案公司三個廠區內部競爭力與各自面臨的外在環境挑戰,調整組織結構來提升執行效率,並且補強產品線技術缺口。再使用波士頓矩陣(BCG Matrix)概念,將公司開發與銷售的產品系列進行盤點,最後規劃個案公司未來三年(2022-2025年)策略技術藍圖(T-Plan)與產品技術Road Map。
本研究目標為規劃組織三年研發技術藍圖、研究流程標準化、建立精準產品開發流程及擴大產能讓組織可以永續經營。並且透過個案公司經營層面和管理產品研發、生產工藝的相關主管們,定期研討與維護未來三年研發技術藍圖,以滿足最新市場需求,並在2022年依據此份論文所規劃和策略方向,著手展開個案公司的技術發展、人才、設備、生產工藝的投入與佈局規劃,才可游刃有餘地來因應市場與客戶的各項挑戰和商機。


The connector industry is a highly competitive environment with very diverse product specifications. In particular, there are several leading manufacturers of connectors, which dominate the standard specifications and patent layout of most applications. In fact, connectors are also going to two different fields, customized and standardized. And there are even many connector product designs and applications are escaped the industry's conventional process conditions, measurement technology and application scenarios, and case company is facing the product revolution of electronic equipment driven by the 5th generation mobile networks. The company must follow the changes of customers and the market step by step. Only through product planning and company’s technology strategy on R&D, we can examine the supply, demand and competition conditions of the existing products and market demands of the case to estimate product development and life cycle; then, obtain primary data by entering major markets, conduct market analysis based on internal and external secondary data of suppliers, competitors, and case companies, and server types and application trends to identify market gaps and opportunity. This research uses Porter five forces analysis and SWOT Analysis tools to formulate growth (SO), reverse (WO), diversification (ST), and defensive (WT) strategy portfolios, and analyzes the three factories of the case company. To adjust the organizational structure to improve the execution efficiency, and strengthen the technical gap of the product line, the research reviews what is their internal competitiveness and the external environmental challenges they face. Then use the concept of Boston Matrix (BCG Matrix) to count the product series developed and sold by the company, and finally plan the three-year (2022~2025) strategic technology blueprint (T-Plan) and product technology Road Map of the case company.
The goal of this research is to plan the organization's three-year R&D technology blueprint, standardize the research process, establish a precise product development process, and expand production capacity to make the organization sustainable. And through the management level of the case company and the relevant supervisors, who manage product R&D and production processes, regularly discuss and maintain the R&D technology blueprint for the next three years to meet the latest market needs, and will start in 2022 based on the planning and strategic direction of this paper. Only by developing the investment and planning of the technology development, HR, equipment, and production technology of the case company can we respond to the challenges and business opportunities of the market and customers with ease.
