台灣地區近年來陸續發生大小不斷之地震,造成許多學校建築結構的震害。歷年來地震災損報告中顯示,低矮型鋼筋混凝土校舍是震損高危險群。為了瞭解台灣校舍之耐震能力,國家地震工程研究中心已完成全國公立中小學校舍耐震能力簡易調查,其已掌握約1萬多棟校舍結構之基本資料。
本文擬以走廊型式、教室跨度以及樓層數等重要系統參數作為分類方法,以建立若干典型校舍模型。並藉助上述資料庫,對本文之典型校舍模型垂直構件性質予以定義。
接下來將對校舍非韌性構件之側力行為作模擬,以進行簡易推垮分析,並以ATC-40作譜位移分析,以求得對應之崩塌地表加速度,希望瞭解台灣既有中小學校舍其耐震能力,是否能滿足規範之要求。
最後將對此分析程序及所得結果作一比較及報告,以求能對台灣中小學校舍耐震能力能有進一步之瞭解。
In recent years, several large earthquakes stroke Taiwan and caused severe damages of many school buildings. The recent reconnaissance reports revealed that the low-rise reinforced concrete school buildings were particularly vulnerable structures. To understand the seismic capacities of school buildings in Taiwan, the National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering has finished the simple survey of seismic capacities of public compulsory school buildings, including basic structural information of almost 10 thousand school buildings.
This study built several typical models of school building, which were classified based on some important parameters, such as the types of corridors, spans of the classroom, and the numbers of stories. The characteristics of vertical elements of typical models of school buildings were defined according to the above data base.
Subsequently, the simulations of the load-deflection response of non-ductile elements were implemented to the simple push over analysis of school buildings, and the corresponding collapse peak ground motion could be obtained using the capacity spectrum analysis from ATC-40. The results of analysis of school buildings in Taiwan could be checked with current seismic codes to see whether they can meet the code requirements.
Finally, the comparison between the processes of analysis and results were made to have an insight into the seismic capacities of compulsory school buildings in Taiwan.
