本論文主旨在建構一套配電系統模擬的方式,從用戶用電度數推導至饋線模型,以台灣電力公司彰化區營業處大竹二次變電所三條配電饋線為對象,利用變壓器負載推估與變壓器設備容量選定,來改善變壓器的損失及設備投資。接著利用變壓器整合模型、變壓器最佳配接方式來改善配電系統不平衡的問題及減少中性線損失,爾後利用配電饋線減化模型來模擬饋線型態,完成較佳饋線模型,提供電系統操作者應用。接著利用電力潮流解作饋線重組、電容器改善虛功率方式來降低高壓線路損失,最後再加入保護電驛曲線設定的過程,提供系統線路保護的參考。
從模擬結果顯示本研究與實際系統饋線量測電流的誤差百分比在5 %以內,証明論文所提方式是正確且可實際應用於配電系統模擬,提供負載監測,降低配電系統損失、改善系統不平衡問題及饋線轉供時參考,達到降低配電線路損失和提高供電可靠度雙贏的目標。
The study is to find ways of modeling the distribution system that infers the feeder models from the energy usage of customers. The relative data come from the selected three feeders of the DA-Chu Substation, Chiahui Division, of Taiwan Power Company. The main purpose is to reduce the transformer losses and the equipment investment by estimating the transformer load and choosing the transformer capacity. Then by using the integrated transformer model and the best of transformer location, it tries to improve the imbalance of distribution system and the neutral line losses. It completes the feeder model for the operators of distribution system by modeling the feeder type through simplified three-phases lateral and feeder model. The high voltage line losses were decreased by using the best recombination of power flow and the best location of capacitor. Finally, it provides the valuable reference for the system protection by establishing the process of the protection relay curve.
From the modeling analysis, we can see that the error of actual electric current of system feeders is within 5 %. The results show that the study is accurate which can be used in modeling distribution system, monitoring the loads, decreasing the distribution losses, improving the imbalance of system and providing the valuable reference of the feeder configuration. Best of all, it can reduce the distribution line loss and raise the reliability of power supply at the same time.
