Teleworking is a common work mode abroad, but it is not a very familiar work mode in Taiwan. Since the new pneumonia epidemic intensified in 2020, many companies are worried that their employees may be infected while they are away from home, so they have switched to a new work mode called "teleworking". Different work patterns imply different ways of operation, which may be different for employees, and maybe happy or strange and surprising for them. Therefore, in addition to adapting to the new working mode, employees must also understand the hidden working mode of teleworking. Although teleworking is not a new work pattern, many people have changed from their original work patterns to untried teleworking due to the 2020 New Pneumonia epidemic, and what changes and adaptations are needed for employees. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine employees' perceptions of teleworking.

In this paper, seven interviews were conducted to find out what changes or impacts employees may have on the sensemaking of teleworking? and what learning behaviors occur in the process of continuous perceptions. The positive and negative sensemaking are flexible working hours, poor communication, not easy to cut on and off time, feeling of loneliness, etc. Because it is the company's policy to implement these negative opinions, employees need to keep themselves in the best condition and be responsible to customers. Finally, we analyze the practical implications of this paper on the contribution of teleworking and to the enterprise.
