  • 近年來,台灣國際貨物航運因工廠的經濟效益考量而轉移至大陸或第三地,嚴重衝擊台灣國際航運,但高精密與高科技原物料的出口仍留在台灣。本研究以小型的航運承攬業為主,探討如何因應大環境的變遷,使廠商處於不敗之地;用什麼特殊服務留住客戶,保有自己的客戶群,以及如何開發新客源,在大型航運承攬業及國際知名快遞間具有競爭力。
    本研究目的為定訂最適的競爭策略。首先以總體環境變化和波特五力分析來描述現有的產業環境,並透過訪問來瞭解ECFA和價位之間的關連性,來變更公司現有營運方針。最後以 SWOT 來評估、擬定最佳競爭策略。因應內外環境變革所提出的策略可分為四點:
    (1) 改變服務以快速便利來爭取客源,提高產品價值 (差異化)
    (2) 開發同行業務
    (3) 策略聯盟,爭取低成本,提升服務品質
    (4) 降低營運風險
    以上策略,能有效降低成本及分散風險,適合小型之航運承攬業者策略轉變之參考


    In recent years, Taiwan international logistics business has serious impacted by the manufactory economical scale change and shifting movement from Taiwan to China or to the other countries. However, the demands for exporting the main materials of high technology remain in Taiwan. In this research, I will focus on how to run a small logistic business. I would like to discuss about the problems from changing of the major environment and how to assist manufactories for minimize their costs at export. Moreover, I will provide the examples of how to manage customers, how to keep a business own customers, how to extend a business profit and how can be more competitive in logistic business.

    This research is aim for find out the best strategy of competence. In the first part of this research, I would like to discuss the change of overall environment and using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze pervious logistic industry. Through the second part of this research, I would like to present how ECFA can relate and affect on the market price and the decision of the company. In the last part of this research, I would use SWOT to analysis the logistic business and to make the best compete strategies. To cooperate with the environment change, I have summarized as four strategies:

    1.To limited the time of service in order to gain more customers. This is for increasing the value of a product and to promote the service differences.
    2.To develop new businesses with competitors.
    3.Strategic alliance, in order to reduce the costs of capital and to increase the quality of service.
    4.To reduce the risks from running a business.

    From above strategies, it will reduce the costs of capital and lower risks taking and it is made for the small logistic business to use.
