  • 從疫情爆發以來,全球貨運就進入了混亂期,港口、機場人力不足導致許多港口出現了堵塞和延誤,貨櫃無法正常卸載,從而導致物流、運輸和製造方面的延遲和中斷,原物料的短缺讓許多企業面臨庫存不足的危機,對供應鏈造成了相當大的負面影響,雪上加霜的是中國在防疫三年來持續的清零政策,設於中國的工廠無法順利將貨物運送出去,中國有著世界工廠之稱,出口量在近幾年來都為全球之冠,對供應鏈物流影響之大,這一波封控措施,讓外商陸續佈局工廠外移的計畫。
    受到疫情的肆虐、地緣政治的不穩定因素下,許多位於中國的企業擔憂斷鏈危機重現,開始轉往新興市場進行設廠投資,東協與印度便是這波疫情的受惠區域,疫情後的貿易版圖移轉,增加了供應鏈物流的複雜度,上下游的產業鏈整合難度更高,在物流服務提供商角色上,未來創新商業模式中,運用科技手段打造創新智慧物流平台,透過大數據、AI智慧、機器人學習等等…數位技術,讓個案公司的營運可更加聚焦於技術與創新,快速推動供應鏈中的關鍵因素自動化的數位整合,供應鏈客戶可透過自家預測機制外,物流服務提供商可進階主動提供企業更宏觀更直覺的可視平台,以達到客戶滿意度KPI滿分終極目標。


    Since the outbreak of the pandemic, the global freight industry has entered a chaotic period. Insufficient manpower at ports and airports has led to congestion and delays, causing logistics, transportation, and manufacturing delays and interruptions as containers cannot be unloaded as planned. The shortage of raw materials has put many businesses at risk of stockouts, causing significant negative impacts on the supply chain. To make matters worse, China's persistent "zero-COVID" policy in the past three years has prevented factories located in China from smoothly transporting goods abroad. China is known as the "world's factory," with export volume ranking first in the world in recent years. The lockdown measures have prompted foreign companies to gradually move their factories overseas.
    Under the scourge of the pandemic and geopolitical instability, many companies located in China are worried about a supply chain disruption crisis and are beginning to shift their investments to emerging markets. ASEAN and India are among the regions that have benefited from this wave of the pandemic. The post-pandemic trade landscape shift has increased the complexity of supply chain logistics. The integration of the upstream and downstream industrial chains has become more difficult. As logistics service providers, future innovative business models will utilize digital technology to create innovative smart logistics platforms, using big data, AI intelligence, and robotic learning to allow case companies to focus more on technology and innovation. Rapidly promoting the digital integration of critical factors in the supply chain, supply chain customers can use their own predictive mechanisms while logistics service providers can provide companies with more macro and intuitive visual platforms to achieve the ultimate goal of maximizing customer satisfaction KPI.
