  • 全球化的發展加速了產業環境的變化與激烈競爭,企業在面對日漸增加的競爭壓力下,必須發展出一個資源共用、協同合作的商業生態,以快速反應顧客的需求。
    商業生態系統具備對複雜環境的動態適應性,靈活的與環境保持和諧互動將有助於企業發展敏捷性。敏捷是組織能夠明智地掌握先機、和對威脅快速地做出反應,並且可以獲取競爭優勢的一種動態能力。
    在模組化管理的策略下,企業邊界將變得更具彈性化,能夠容納更多不同的外部資源,使其融合在模組架構中。企業組織也將具有更大的彈性,像吸鐵般持續吸引更多優秀資源投入生態系統中,並經過協同演化,持續強化商業生態系統的競爭力。
    本研究以模組化理論發展出一套生態資源整合架構,提供企業面對資源整合時,能藉由模組化做法來增加組織彈性,同時融合生態系統的技術資源。持續而動態地塑造企業策略的靈活度,以最佳的敏捷性對環境的變化做出快速反應,來強化其競爭優勢。並希望透過分析此個案,提供企業做為未來資源整合時的參考依據。


    With the rapid development of the Globalization has accelerated the change and competition of the industrial environment. Companies must to develop a business eco-system with resource sharing and collaborative to response the customer’s needs.
    The business eco-system with dynamic adaptability to fit the complex environment, flexible interaction with the environment have contributed to the development of agility. Agility is a dynamic ability that is able to obtain the opportunity , quickly respond to threats, and can gain a competitive advantage.
    The boundary of enterprise will become more flexible with modularity, have a capacity of external resources that can integration to the module architecture. Companies will attract more excellent resources to put in the eco-systems and enhanced the competitiveness.
    This thesis is based on theory of the modularity to development a resources integration architecture, provides companies can through practice of modularity to increased elastic of organization. Sustainable and dynamic to construction the strategy flexible of enterprise, make it quickly respond the changes of environment and enhanced its competitive advantage. Expect this case study can provides a reference of resource integration for the enterprise.
