台灣由許多充滿特色的鄉鎮組合而成,但隨著時代的推移,年輕人口逐漸外移、故鄉老年化。原本充滿活力的土地逐漸衰老,過去的榮景也不再。本篇個案以珍珠蚵的故鄉—王功為例,先探討王功的地方特色,認識當地特有的文化廟宇、珍珠蚵及建築等,知道這塊土地其實充滿潛力,並了解為何彰化縣文化中心主任楊素晴會選擇王功進行彰化縣文化季活動的地點,藉由一連串再造王功系列活動,成功使小鎮產業轉型,並靠著鄉民的持續努力,讓王功至今已經變成家喻戶曉的觀光鄉鎮。
在個案敘述的過程中,希望讀者可以思考鄉鎮產業轉型的關鍵,了解資源拼湊、共創價值、社會的影響力及左右開弓的經營策略等方式,並藉由此案例,討論台灣其他鄉鎮是否有其特色資源、條件以達到轉型目的,學習經驗,並拓展到其他鄉鎮。
A Taiwan combination of many villages and towns full of character made, but over the times, the gradual relocation of the young population, the hometown of aging. Vibrant land had gradually aging, the past is no longer boom. The case in the oyster that hometown - Wang Gong, first explore the local characteristics of Wang Gong, know the local unique cultural temples, pearl oysters and construction. This land is full of potential and understand why Changhua County Cultural Center Director Yang Suqing will choose Wang Gong Changhua County cultural season activities of the location. With a series of rework Wang Gong series of activities, the success of the town industry restructuring, and relying on the continued efforts of the villagers, so Wang Gong has become a household name has become a tourist town.
A Harvard case study is adopted in this study to discuss the culture reconstruction, resources bricolage, value co-creation, ambidexterity regional platform strategy, social impact.
