本論文主要研製一台300W輸出轉換器,採用的主要架構為串聯諧振轉換器(Series Resonant Converter, SRC),文中將對半橋諧振轉換器做電路分析。轉換器前級為主動式功率因數修正器,用以提昇電路操作時的功率因數,且設計一變動輸入電壓機制,在交流輸入 88~160V 時將直流電壓降低,除了可減少轉換器的切換損耗與鐵心損耗,並能提升轉換器的輕載效率。而轉換器後級為半橋式串聯諧振轉換器,運用零電壓切換技術以及同步整流技術達到高轉換效率。最後完成實作一整機滿載效率平均達90 %、有效提昇低輸入電壓輕載效率之轉換器。
This thesis focuses on the study and implementation of a 300W Variable Input Voltage Half-Bridge Series Resonant Converter. The basic operating principles of the SRC are discussed in detail. The front-end part of the regulator is an active power factor correction circuit to raise the input power factor , and this thesis is devoted to design a variable input voltage , about input AC 88~160V the bus voltage can be reduced at light load condition by lowing input voltage to decrease switching loss and core loss. The second stage is a half-bridge series resonant converter that utilizes zero–voltage switching and synchronous rectification to achieve high conversion efficiency. Finally, devoted to make the Converter to promote the efficiency during low input voltage with light load condition and with average efficiency of 90%.
