台灣中小企業為適應大環境變化，不斷謀求各種手段提升競爭力，最好的方式之一，在於樹立全方位強而有力的企業組織變革，而策略最快最有效的方式，就是精實管理生產系統。本研究以個案研究，探討個案公司在資本小、兩岸競爭缺口日益擴大、家族企業執著等因素下，如何走出不一樣的路。企業主需正視管理跟領導的轉型，導入精實管理，並進行組織變革。本研究建議，台灣中小企業管理者，必須進行組織變革，進而人才培育，因此，在企業內部維持以P（計劃）、D（執行）、C（檢核）、A（分析）改善管理，達成S(安全、衛生、節能)、Q(品質)、D(交期)、C(成本)、P(生產量)、M(工作士氣)之能力，可達到企業轉型的目的，強於競爭者的「生產力」企業。本研究提出執行精實生產管理優先順序，以及精實管理與組織變革之整合管理架構。

In order to adapt the changes of environment, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan are seeking various means to enhance their own competitiveness. Therefore, one of the best ways is to set up a comprehensive and powerful corporate organizational change. The fastest and most effective way is to establish lean manufacturing system. In this research, we use case study to explore that the individual company has taken a different way based on the factors such as with small capital, growing cross-strait competition gaps, and persistent family business. Business owners need to face the transformation of management and leadership, introduce lean management, and make organizational changes. This research suggests that the managers of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan must carry out organizational changes and further cultivate talents. In addition, P (plan), D (do), C (check), and A (action) should be used to improve management and achieve the capabilities of S (safety, health, green energy), Q (quality), D (delivery), C (cost), P (productivity), and M (work morale), this will reach the purpose of corporate transformation and the “productivity” will be greater than competitors.
