金融監督管理委員會於 2019 年 7 月 30 日宣布釋放三張純網銀執照,分別為樂天銀行、連線銀行,以及將來銀行。金管會期盼,透過三家純網銀的加入,能提升消費者的便捷性,並達到普惠金融之目的。面對純網銀之競爭,台灣一般商業銀行該如何調整自身的營運,並進行數位轉型,是一大重要課題。

本研究採用深度訪談方式,與四位來自不同商業銀行的從業人員進行交流,深入了解一般商業銀行面對純網銀挑戰的營運策略,並請受訪者給予數位轉型的注意事項,期望能透過揭示銀行數位領域專家之想法,提供一般商業銀行業者日後經營策略調整方向及建議,也盼能提供其他銀行業者數位轉型之參考。

研究顯示,面臨純網銀競爭,一般商業銀行需增加與年輕客群的互動,並積極推動數位轉型。數位轉型不僅需要引進新科技與技術,還必須凝聚全體員工的向心力。推動數位轉型的同時,銀行業者也需要注意其背後的風險與潛在的阻礙。


The Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) announced the release of three virtual banks licenses on July 30, 2019, including Rakuten International Commercial Bank, Link Bank, and Next Bank. The FSC expects the launch of the three virtual banks can improve the convenience for consumers and achieve the goal of inclusive finance. Facing the competition of virtual banks, it is imperative for commercial banks in Taiwan to adjust their business strategies and to drive digital transformation.

This study examines the digital transformation strategies of commercial banks in the face of virtual banks by having in-depth interviews with four practitioners of different commercial banks. The study aims to provide commercial banks with directions and suggestions about digital transformation and business strategies by revealing experts' thoughts.

Results indicated that facing the competition of virtual banks, commercial banks need to increase interaction with young customers and actively promote digital transformation. Digital transformation requires not only the introduction of new technologies but also the consensus of all employees. While promoting digital transformation, commercial banks also need to pay attention to the risks and potential obstacles behind it.
