  • Reengineering is a popular and powerful tool for business development and reorganization. It has been popular since early 90ies.
In the case study, which we discussed in this work, business process modeling appeared as a powerful tool to help the case company to reduce the cost of three processes and terminate the cost of one process.
In the given work we studied and summarized the theoretical basis of business process reengineering; collecting the necessary case company data, processing and analyzing it and representing the findings on both the theory and practice of business process reengineering applied to a contemporary small business in IT industry. The given case study can be useful for business process management practitioners and professionals from related areas; as well as for future studies on business process reengineering.
