Social sustainability has become a prevalent research issue, challenging the investigation of individual-level determinants that contribute to employee satisfaction. To achieve workplace social sustainability, a priority evaluation analysis based on identified indicators is required to guide effective resource allocation for improvement. Research has shown that employee satisfaction is a key factor in achieving workplace social sustainability, and therefore it is essential to identify the individual-level determinants that can contribute to it. The DEMATEL ANP method is utilized to analyze the priority dimensions and weights of indicators that are based on expert opinions. Results indicated that employee well-being is a critical dimension that should be prioritized, compared with the other dimensions, while musculoskeletal health has the lowest priority. Enhancing the well-being of employees can contribute to advancing the 3rd Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that seek to guarantee healthy living and promote well-being. These findings are typically relevant for companies that are presently dedicated to sustainable growth. Future research should focus on developing measures to evaluate each indicator employed in assessing social sustainability.
