泳渡日月潭與登玉山、單車環島並列為臺科大EMBA學生們畢業前完成的三大征。而面對2021年因疫情停辦，以及2022年報名人數創新高卻沒有長泳經歷的學子們，身為泳渡執行長該如何安全地讓全體成員完成這個歷史性艱困的使命呢？

本研究採用哈佛式個案教學方式撰寫，包括故事本文-A及B部分以及教學指引手冊共三部分。藉由個案主角過去帶領過許多開發專案的專業經理人經歷，在規劃EMBA的大型活動─泳渡日月潭，一個自己不熟悉且不擅長的領域，又面對如何領導各產業菁英份子的考驗。如同空降主管般的經歷，讓學生能從中瞭解「團隊發展五階段」、領導「權力來源與基礎」、「組織溝通」、「團隊激勵」以及「領導風格」等管理議題。

本個案論文期望能提供給高階管理者一個實例，用以建立領導核心動機與信念。
領導力是使人們有能力完成夢想！幸福領導力更是讓人們感受到祝福的有能力完成夢想。

Swimming across Sun Moon Lake, climbing Mount Yushan, and cycling around Taiwan are the three major challenges that NTUST EMBA students aim to accomplish before graduation. However, with the event cancelled in 2021 due to the Covid-19 and a record high number of sign-ups in 2022 from students with little to no experience in long-distance swimming, how can the CEO of the swimming event ensure the safety of all participants and complete this historic and arduous mission?

This study was written using the Harvard case teaching method, including two parts of story text-A and B, and a teaching guide. Through the experience of the case protagonist, a professional manager who has led many development projects in the past, in planning an event - swimming across Sun Moon Lake, an area in which the protagonist is not familiar nor skilled, and also facing the challenge of how to lead various industry elites. Similar to the experience of an airborne manager, this allows students to understand management issues such as "team development five stages", "power source and basis of leadership", "organizational communication", "team motivation", and "leadership style".

This case study hopes to provide senior executives with an example to establish their leadership core motivation and beliefs.
