早些年台灣老一輩的人常常說「台灣錢，淹腳目」，有些報告指出當時的經濟結構與現今在經濟產業的結構沒有太大的變化，以大家耳熟能詳的80/20理論，其中80%經濟效益產出大部分都來自於是在中小企業。根據2019年經濟部中小企業處所發表的白皮書，台灣中小企業家數目前多達149萬1,420家，佔了台灣全體企業的97.65%。因此中小企業是整體經濟構成的大宗，但這些中小企業有大多數經營模式可歸類於家族企業。
本論文是以哈佛個案形式撰寫，敘述豐藝電子如何從電子半導體代理開始創業，在公司營運的過程中歷經多次全球經濟風暴，進而開始思考除了電子半導體代理是否還有其他新的市場可以讓公司因應市場的變化而逐步轉型。伴隨著市場變化進而開始設置屬於自己的工廠，讓產品的品管與獲利結構可以掌握在自己手上，同時嗅覺到大數據時代即將到來，進而踏入物聯網市場，為了就是在這瞬息萬變的市場上可以擁有一席之地。
本論文包括個案本文及教學指導手冊兩部分，教學指導主要是對個案的內容更深度的說明，主要的理論包含創業家精神、營運模式、危機管理、經營企業理論及情境管理理論，分別對個案做分析整理，使學員能因為個案更了解這些理論。

Taiwan’s older generations often said in the early years Taiwan was very rich and financially strong. Many reports pointed out that the economic structure at that time and the structure of the economic industry did not change much. Based on the familiar 80/20 theory, most of the 80% economic output comes from small and medium-sized businesses. According to a white paper issued by the Small and Medium-sized Business Division of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the number of small and medium-sized businesses in Taiwan currently stands at 1,491,420, accounting for 97.65% of all Taiwanese companies. Therefore, they are the bulk of the overall economic structure of the country, but the business model for most of these companies can be classified as family runned businesses.
This thesis is written in a Harvard case study format to discuss the business ecosystem, business modes, corporate transformation and other topics. It also explains how an organization conducts innovation， establishes strategic cooperation with key partners, develops innovative business models, and completes corporate transformation by mastering business ecological information. This case study could exert a profound influence on the environment, society and the social mass. It shows how a business has experienced many global economic storms during the company's existance, and how it began to evolve its business model to new markets with new products. Gradually transforming in response to market changes; with the evolution of a new business model it began its own factories, so that product quality control and profitability structure can be controlled by themselves more easily. With the era of big data approaching and rapid growth of the internet, adaptation of these trends is a must in order to solidify its place in their markets.
This thesis includes two parts： a case essay and a teaching guide manual. The teaching guide is mainly a more in-depth explanation of the content of the case. The main theories include entrepreneurial spirit, business model， crisis management, business enterprise theory, and situation management theory. Deep indepth analysis and sorting of this case study will help students better understand these theories.
