在現代職場中,混合型辦公已經成為一個普遍的趨勢。隨著疫情的持續影響,越來越多的企業開始採用遠距或混合型辦公模式,而這種工作方式也帶來了公司的新挑戰。本研究運用哈佛個案研究法進行分析討論,主要著重於以下幾方面:在快速變化的環境、政策和技術下,企業如何快速回應並進行調整;如何透過設施設備提高員工的工作效率和工作滿意度,進而實現企業的績效目標;以及如何幫助團隊建立組織信任文化。此外,本個案分析還探討如何評估混合型辦公的員工績效,以及適合的評估方法和工具。通過案例研究和文獻綜述,本研究提出了最佳實踐和策略以及為企業領導者和管理人員提供指導和建議,以成功實施混合型辦公模式,促進企業的可持續發展和成功。


In the modern workplace, the hybrid work model has become a common trend. With the continued impact of the pandemic, more and more companies are adopting remote or hybrid work models, which bring new challenges to companies. This study uses the Harvard case study method to analyze and discuss the following aspects: how to help companies quickly respond and adjust in a rapidly changing environment, policies, and technologies; how to use facilities and equipment to improve employee efficiency and job satisfaction, thereby achieving corporate performance goals; and how to help teams establish a culture of organizational trust. Additionally, this study examines how to evaluate employee performance in a hybrid work environment and provides suitable evaluation methods and tools. Through case studies and literature reviews, this study proposes best practices and strategies, and provides inspirations and recommendations to business leaders and managers to effectively embrace this new concept, promote sustainable development and success of the company.
